How to Apply for a Scholarship

1. Log in to the UNDIP Single Sign-On System (Make sure you already have a UNDIP Account).
2. Select the scholarship package that suits your needs.
3. Click on the chosen scholarship package.
4. Fill in all the required data, then upload all documents according to the stated Terms and Conditions.
5. Once all required documents are completed, click the “Submit” button on the electronic form.
6. Your registration is complete. Please regularly monitor the status of your scholarship application until the end of the designated selection period.

Please note the following:

• If you already have a UNDIP account, you do not need to register for a new login on the UNDIP Single Sign-On (SSO) system.

• Some scholarship selection processes may require the submission of physical documents. Ensure that all documents uploaded to the Scholarship System are identical to the physical documents. Any discrepancies between the physical documents and the uploaded documents will significantly affect the selection process.

• The Directorate of Student Affairs UNDIP is ready to provide clarification and assistance regarding the use of the Scholarship System.
