Susilo Hadi is a physics student of Diponegoro University batch 2017 from Grobogan, Central Java. Susilo who is an alumnus of MAS (Madrasah Aliyah) Sunniyyah obtained his Bachelor of Science degree (S.Si.) with Cumlaude predicate and received Dean Award at the 108th Faculty of Science and Mathematics Judiciary.

During his time as a student, Susilo actively participated in rohis organizations both faculties and departments and served as chairman of the radiation physics study group in 2020. In addition, he often participated in various researches and competitions such as as finalists of the Scientific Writing Competition in 2019, UNDIP representatives in the KN-MIPA in the field of regional physics in 2019 and 2020, won bronze medals in the 2020 international competition, received PKM funding in 2019 and 2020, and even qualified as participants of the 33rd PIMNAS in 2020. In early 2020, he participated in summer school activities with the theme “The 6th ASEAN school of Plasmas and Nuclear Fusion 2020 and SOKENDAI winter school” at Walailak University, Nakhon si Thammarat, Thailand.

Susilo successfully completed his study within 3.5 years by carrying out research on plasma, namely the comparison of the characteristic curve of the current-voltage discharge of plasma corona electrode GL-P (Gradient Line-to-Plane) between mathematical studies and experiments. The comparison is done using the GUI (Graphical User Interface) of Python programming. The research can be completed in approximately 5 months with the guidance of 2 competent lecturers in the field of theory and plasma, namely Dr. Asep Yoyo Wardaya, S.Si., M.Si. and Zaenul Muhlisin, S.Si., M.Si. The research was the initial foundation for him to learn more about physics, especially in the field of plasma and its application so as to realize his dream as a researcher in the field of plasma physics and computing.
