The Department of Physics at Diponegoro University achieved noteworthy accolades and distinctions in the year 2023, officially announced during the Mother’s Day Ceremony on December 22, 2023, by the university’s Rector. Among the notable recognitions is the Study Program’s outstanding performance, securing the highest SINTA 3 Productivity Score in the Science and Technology field, attaining the third position in national rankings.
Furthermore, the department takes pride in one of its esteemed faculty members, Prof. Dr. Heri Sutanto, S.SI., M.Si., F.Med., who was honored with the Inventor Award. This distinguished recognition acknowledges Prof. Heri Sutanto for achieving the highest number of granted patents at Diponegoro University in 2022, as per the official decree issued by the university’s Rector (No. 465/UN7.A/HK/XII/2023).
