His inaugural speech, titled \u201cMicrotremor Method for Groundwater Exploration and Landslide Mitigation\u201d, explored the application of the microtremor method in detecting subsurface structures related to groundwater resources and mitigating landslides. Catur Edi Widodo, M.T., was inaugurated as a Professor in Computational Physics. In his inaugural speech, titled \u201cDevelopment of Medical Imaging Technology for the Detection of Covid-19 and Pneumonia\u201d, Prof. Catur introduced advancements in AI-based medical image processing.
